whats there in engineering?

Yes! this is the question that every year some thousands of engineers that graduate from the Biju Pattnaik University of Technology are asking themselves. Students having various family backgrounds, stature and even from other state head towards which was once known to be one of the best Universities of thos country, the BPUT, Odisha. Thousand of aspirants take admission into several colleges into different streams of engineering for a 4 years graduate program in the hope that they will get a better salaried job that there parents could not get due to many constraints.
        Parents are more hopful than the students themselves about the future of their sons and daughters after 4 years. A farmer thinks his son/ daughter will become an engineer and start earning so good that all his debts will be cleared, a middle class couple thinks they can have their own house when some better source of income will be added to the family, some parents think their child would get a chance to go abroad and fulfil his dreams, and many such uncountable number of hopes, dreams and aspirations.
          Parents and students are done with there hopes and dreams, now comes the colleges that sell these hopes and dreams to such people. These are about 70 degree engineering college in Odisha under BPUT which guarantee that they are approved by AICTE and follow all the norms and conditions of the AICTE, which acutally is not true.
Let me ask you guys some simple questions:
* Does your college have well qualified faculties?
* Do you guys attend all your classes?
* Do you pay what you need to pay and not more than that?
* Do you sincerely attend all your labs, internals?
* Are your semester exams held honestly?

      When the rule is bent for you guys, the very next moment all of you guys stood on the road, grounded college properties, public property, blocked highways etc, which in your voice is called "STRIKE". Where is your strike when a college is cheating you? Why don't you guys catch the culprits when they cheat you?

   Oh, it is because the college has promised you to help you cheat in the exams!
They assured you a placement in one of the best MNCs!
Or did they threaten you your certificates?

   Where are those guys who promised you the best placement post 4 years? No sign of MNC companies visiting your colleges, everyone around just thinks that you are nothing but trash.



                            You have got no one to blame but yourself guys, think of times when you compromised your career going to movies, girlfriends, bunking classes, bribing college staffs instead of attendance, preparing newest techniques of cheating and in all this process who helped you? Yes! your very own college, and in return what did they ask you to do, they just kicked you on your back with a degree certificate and no job. You cannot even open your mouth because within yourself you know who is the actual sinner. You paid lakhs and lakhs of rupees to these clolleges to waste your time in smoking, drinking, doing anti social activities and every filthy activity in this world and at the end you blame that you are jobless! Just ask yourself this question "Am I educated enough to get a job?" We are definately qualified enough to get a job in the MNCs but we are not educated to get a job, we pay money just to get certificates but not education. Each one of your engineer out there ask yourself these many question, am sure you will never blame others for your failure.

         First try to be a complete human and then a good engineer no matter which college you are in, only then you will have the guts to ask for a job. It is the colleges that cheat you and that too because of your own actions. Only then the face of ugly money making people can be exploited.

I leave the question on you guys to decide, what do you want to be called?

66 years after independence we Indians do not understand the meaning of "UNITY". The world's largest democratic country has been crippled within a century of its independence and we call ourselves proud Indians. Be it Gujurat riots, Bhopal gas tragedy, Odisha's cyclone, 26/11 attacks, The Parliament attacks, Kargil war, and the list goes on, from 2G scam, Food scam, Coalgate scam, Olympics scam, Stamp paper scam, the list still goes on, what has the proud Indian done? Just watched all the action over the news channels, blamed some people involved in it and forgot it like an overnight dream.
         Whoever is given the reins to rule this country has in one way or the other backstabbed the proud Indian's interests and when caught in the act starts the game best known, that is "THE BLAME GAME".

         The whole country has sighted sabotage in Uttarakhand, people just washed away like a wind blowing away dry leaves and not just a few bunch of people were out there, they were lakhs

 of them and crores of others immensely affected by the landslides and floods. People from every state are there, let me put it this way, they were visitng the dhams of our country, Kedarnath and Badrinath. Its been 8 and counting days of battle with life and natures' fury yet we do have the common sense to help each other in the grim situation rather look up to the sky and call out the Non Reactive government we elected some years back. Nature has failed yet again to change the way people think about themselves and others, they still do not understand that if there is anyone who can help them in this situation is only themselves and not the government who is busy filling their own pockets as well as moving the previously stored from Swiss accounts to some other secure locations. Mere people do not understand that it has to be them working as a whole unit to safely get out of the situation. Our sarkari babus do not want to stain their khadi kurtas and payjamas, and why should they? Did they ask these people to be at those shrines?
 Nature always teaches us to improvise, adapt and advance but in situations like this people start hoping the govenrment to get them help which is not possible untill it is profitable for them. We fight within us and people in the government with the help of a well reached and well informed media persons, earn crores of money.

       Why cant we learn from JAPAN, USA, and some other countries where people do not wait they just save humanity rather blaming others for not helping them. Lets learn from earthquakes, tsunamis, katrina, sandy, irene that have taken the developed countries to the brink of destruction, yet they have flourished as never before. Even our country can, but it doesn't and this is so because our Proud Indians only knows to make heroes, the selfish heroes, who live because we let them live, who earn because we give them what we earn and who also close their eyes at the time we need them the most. Is this still justified that we should still be proud of our country?
      Heroes are those people whom we call the ARMY/NAVY/AIR FORCE, they are the real heroes every time. Each and every time this country need selfless people and we can count only on these people, by saying this I do not mean people like Mr Tendulkar or Mr Dhoni etc, who are definately a part of these glorified forces but do not have the simplest of character to help the people in need. One days income of our Mr Heroes, God... would be more than enough to help a major part of the affected victims but we just forget that they know only to take and not to give. You gave them titles and led them to the highest thrones they are today but when you are dieing like dirty worms out there where are the heroes and gods?

Proud owner of more than 70 odd bikes several imported cars and lets not forget whatever these bikes and cars costs, our gods and heroes do not have to pay anything as tax which in some ways could have reached the victims.This is our GOD Mr TENDULKAR and Hero MAHENDRA SINGH DHONI.


     Bollywood! no no, don't think about it, they will come only when there is a film to be promoted or a need to boost up the TRPs, yeah sure you can die a dirty death then. Call the Big B for whose well being you guys did pray to your gods and had different yagyas and havans. SRK! don't you remember "Don ko pakad na muskill hi nahi na mumkin hai", go on support KKR, Chennai Express is ready to arive on the station, go and hand them over your hard earned money, they will pull you out of the mess Rajni's style. Wheres Ranbir, oh! our Sallu mian, forget it, he is being human staying calm and saving money. Shilpa, I understand your team is in crisis, Preeti, I feel for your teams' performance, Amir, Akshay it seems you are not informed about this situation, am sure you would have helped!

               What else do you need people, TATA, BIRLA, RELIANCE, WALMART, KFC, Mc D, DOMINO'S, CCD, BIG BAZAR, BATA, ITC, UNILEVER, IDEA...!!! yes they all grew rich from your money and still you fools do not understand thay they do not have ears from birth? they cannot hear your cry.

         I like Mr Rahul, he always has this tendency to play hide and seek , the future PM of this country is not visiting the affected? Oh, I forgot, he is allergic to dead bodies or Mrs Sonia has not taught her son to get votes out of dead people what can he do! Digvijay has won all directions so he need not open his verdict on this issue, and it seems Mr Chidambaram forgot to announce his calamity budget, Mr Manmohan and Mr Pranab you need not say a word just watch the show, its great to watch them die, speak only when you are told to.

        Now comes the turn for our country's beloved sons, BABA RAMDEV, where are u baba??? Oh! in the HIMALAYAS?, it seems your DIVYA RISHI SASTHAN has switched places from UTTARAKHAND to some other place. Arvind babu, you saved much of our food supplies by yours hunger strikes accompanied by Anna, are you lost in the Ram Leela Maidan??? Pandit RAVI SHANKAR JI, ASARAM BAPUJI... where are you all worshipped whores???
